In late 2006, Evan Lim & Co. started as a small builder firm, After a few successful developments,  the management decided to set up EL Development in June 2007 as a Separate Entity to build up a branding in the property industry. EL Development Pte Ltd is now a well-known top local home-grown real estate developer and investor firm. It has completed more than 3,000  residential and industrial units since 2006.
